Wiwingti Sword Supply prices are already much lower than other distributors
and we feel they are the best bargain currently on the market.
On many of our items the price is already so low that we are making virtually no profit from them.
Try to understand that when we say that we cannot, it is because we cannot.
However, if you can find an item we carry at a lower price somewhere else,
show it to us and we will try to meet or beat that price.

how much will it cost for the shipping to... (any address)?
-Answer-
for anyone in the USA, the shipping price that is on the paypal button won't change.
It is $26.00US everywhere in the USA,if the shipping is lower it is because there has been a mistake.
keep it quiet and if we don't ask it back, congrats to you.
if it is higher, please tell us, we will look into it and try to rectify the problem.
This price is for swords only.For any other item the shipping cost may be less or more, depending on size and weight.
For Shipping costs for outside of the USA (including Canada) please contact us for a quote.

Do you guarantee the item?
-Answer-
Yes, all our items are guaranteed.
when you receive your item, inspect it carefully.
If the item is not recieved in good condition, please contact us, and we will do our best to make you happy.
However
if the item is damaged and the manufacturer inspects the item and determines the item has been abused by the purchaser,
there won't be any exchange or money back.

in no case, we will refund your money unless there is a very, very good reason.
If you clicked the 'buy it now' button, your are legally obligated to purchase that item.
The only way to get your money back is if the item has a manufacture defect and we are unable to offer you a replacement.
